Giving Opportunities
There are many ways that you can help support the
important work of the West Virginia Children’s Trust Fund.
Many of these are “gifts that give twice.” When you purchase
a gift for an individual or for yourself, the West Virginia
Children’s Trust Fund receives a portion of the proceed,
and grants them to community projects.
- A popular way to support the WVCTF was developed in 2007, with the creation of the
"Heritage Birth Certificates." These beautifully designed certificates show pride in West
Virginia “roots,” and is a gift any West Virginian will treasure. There are two designs to
choose from. Click here for more
information or to order.
- You can support the community work of the WVCTF through purchasing "Tribute Gift
Cards." These specially designed cards celebrate holidays such as Father’s and
Mother’s day, and can be sent to the person of your choice with a personalized
message stating that you have made a donation on their behalf. Click here for more
information and to select a card you’d like to send.
- Check the box for Children! Every year the WVCTF has a check-off campaign on West
Virginia’s state tax forms. You can donate any amount—even if you are not receiving a
refund. Your donation is tax deductible for federal tax purposes.
