Contributions to the West Virginia Children's Trust Fund can now be made online! In partnership with the West Virginia Treasurer's office, your donation can be made on the internet using your credit card in a secure, protected transaction. Contributions through the West Virginia income tax form
Every taxpayer can contribute to the West Virginia Children’s Trust Fund by entering any amount they choose on their state income tax form. In the past, contributions were restricted to taxpayers receiving a refund. That has changed, and now every taxpayer can make a donation.

Direct contributions
Tax-deductible direct contributions to the West Virginia Children’s Trust Fund can also be made by mail. Contributors will receive a letter verifying their contribution. Contributions may be sent to:
