All children in West Virginia deserve happy, healthy childhoods.

The West Virginia Children’s Trust Fund supports innovative programs across the state that keep children free from abuse and neglect.

Happy, healthy childhoods are an essential building block for community and economic development. The innovative programs we fund increase public engagement in preventing child abuse and neglect and develop and expand effective services that prevent or reduce child maltreatment in West Virginia.
